Daana Veera Soora Karna (Telugu: దాన à°µà±à°° à°¶à±à°° à°à°°à±à°£) is a 1977 Telugu Hindu movie produced and directed by N. T. Rama Rao. He played three pivotal roles: Karna, Duryodhana, and Krishna. One of his sons, Balakrishna, played a short role of Abhimanyu, son of Arjuna, who in the later years became one of the popular movie actors in Telugu films. Another son, Hari Krishna, played the role of Arjuna.

Krishna Murthy (Rajendra Prasad), son of rich industrialist Satyanarayana (Nutan Prasad) falls in love with Padma (Rajani). This special-effects laden film is based upon an episode from the Ramayana. Indrajit, son of Ravan, initiates an attack on Rama (Mane) and Lakshmana (Kulkarni) in which they are captured by Mahi (Kelkar). They escape with the assistance of Rama's disciple, the monkey-god Hanuman (Manajirao). The narrative foregrounds Chandrasena (Tarkhad), wife of Mahi, who reveres Rama but disapproves of the bacchanalian orgies and the celebration of liquor that is the norm in his kingdom. She helps resolve the stalemate of the battle when Mahi (who can duplicate himself and his dead soldiers) proves invincible, by revealing the secret formula that will kill her husband. In addition to the usual flying figures and magic arrows mandatory for a Ramayana mythological, there is an effective scene of a gigantic Hanuman picking up a miniaturized human figure.

Narasimha a young and captive man lives a middle class life with his family in a quite neighbour hood. He gets his beautiful sister marry to an eligible young man in there vicinity. On the occasion of his sister giving birth, he returns home to find that a conflict arise between his neighbour hood and another neighbour hood where he seek refuge in a dwelling area nearby only to return and find out that his whole family has been murder. Without no aim left in life Narasimha decided to turn to crime and alcohol. He later decided to work for a man call Suraj Narayan Singh. But when Suraj asks him to kill Ravi Rastogi for falling in love with his daughter, Meenu. Narasimha refuses, and on the contrary joins forces with Ravi, his sister, Anita, to force Suraj to get the young couple married. This kind of conflict escalates to such proportions that Suraj finally gets arrested and lodged in a cell.
