A very typical post-Soviet era storyline. A bunch of vagabonds lured an innocent teenage girl to their apartment, offered her a drink, intimidated, then gang raped her. Local cops are incapable to undertake an adequate actions against the scoundrels - prevented by the superior chief of the local police, who is the dad of one of the scumbags. The case is closed. The girl's granddad tired of an endless circumlocution decides to take revenge in his own hands.
Savage Wolf Pack pulls no punches from the opening sequence and plays with the conventions of the revenge action genre. Yasuhara Hasebe, director of the Stray Cat Rock series, delivers another fine exploitation film. Tetsuya Watari (of Tokyo Drifter fame) delivers a magnificent performance as a professional big game hunter whose younger sister committed suicide after being brutally raped by a biker gang. The freaks decide that they no longer need Hercules in their carnival and have a new career for Cleopatra all lined up, and make sure she doesn't 'chicken' out.
Based of real life events, it shows the unexpected passing of a young woman whose story transcended the real and the ghostly. Beautifully acted by a wonderful cast led by Rosita Noble, her character was of a young woman who was raped by a man (Oscar Moreno) after which her body was thrown in the street (Balete Drive), only to be ran over by a passenger bus. She wasn't ready to die and her soul wanted vengeance. She would manifest herself to several people in her ghostly form, even enticing several male extras until she found the man who raped her. Throughout the movie, she haunts him and appears everywhere he goes. (IMDB)
